Ubusanzwe Salade zirimo amoko atandukanye, ndetse zilagira nuko zigomba gutegurwa

Salade Simple : Igizwe n’igitunguru, karoti, inyanya, na Leti. Uko Bitegurwa : Urabikata neza, ugashyiramo akunyu gake , vinegere n’amavuta make kugira ngo bitazamo amazi, ubundi ukabitegura ku meza.

Salade Compose : Igizwe n’igitunguru, Leti, amashu, Karoti, inyanya, beterave, avoka, n’ibindi hakiyongeraho igi.

Uko bitegurwa :Ufata igitunguru[biba byiza iyo ari umweru], inyanya, karoti na beterave byombi ukabikata cube, hanyuma ukabicanira[bikaba imijugwe] ubundi ukabivanga ugashyiramo akunyu gake, amavuta ndetse na vinegre.

Kubicanira, bisaba kubishyira mu mazi yabize nibura bikamaramo iminota 5. Ku ruhande utogosa n’igi, ryamara gushya ukarishyira mu mazi rigahora, ubundi ukaza kuryongera kuri ya Salade.

Salade du chauffe : Ikubye ibyo byose twavuze haruguru ariko ukabitogosa, hanyuma ukanongeramo n’inyama.Umunyu ugomba gushyiramo gake, kandi ugakoresha uwabigenewe[wo ku meza] atari uwo mu gikoni. Mubyo ucanira bikaba imijugwe, twavuze hejuru, Igitunguru n’inyanya byo ntibirimo. Gukata ibitunguru, karoti, amashu…ubikata uko ushaka:Cube, ronde, n’ukundi wifuza.
