Indwara y’ibiheri byo mu maso(acné):

  • Inshuro 1 cyangwa 2 mu cyumweru, gukoresha ikimera bita matricaire, bagacanira amazi agashyirwa mu kintu gitobaguye hejuru ukicaraho ucumbirwaho n’umwotsi wabyo. Noneho ugakanda twa duheri, ariko ukirinda gukoresha urwara, ahubwo ugakoresha intoki 2 wifashishije udupapuro tworohereye. Kugira ngo wirinde ko hababuka, wahita upfukiraho ibitambaro batumbitse na none mu mazi ya matricaire.
