Tangawizi ni ikimera gikoreshwa mu gutuma icyayi kigira impumuro nziza ndetse kikanaryoha, ariko ikanagira umwihariko wo kuvura indwara nyinshi zitandukanye :

1.Ituma igogorwa ry’umubiri rikora neza :

Tanagawizi izwiho kuringaniza isukari mu maraso. Iyi sukari iyo yabaye nyinshi nyuma yo kurya bituma igifu kidakora neza ngo gisye ibiryo. Kunywa icyayi cya tangawizi nyuma yo kurya bituma igogorwa rigenda neza.

2. Tangawizi ifasha kurinda kanseri :

Tangawizi ifasha umubiri mu kwirinda kanseri zinyuranye, cyane cyane iy’amara n’iya nyababyeyi.

3. Tangawizi isukura imyanda mu mubiri :

Tangawizi itera akenshi kubira ibyuya bikaba ari byiza mu mubiri kuko bifungura utwenge, nuko uburozi bwari mu mubiri bugasohoka.
